Max moved from the UK to Javea when he was 9 years old and has been living in different urbanizations throughout the area. Because of this, Max KNOWS what is out there and is able to advise buyers as well as sellers about all important aspects.
Max comes from a real property family as his father ran Villalux for 25 years, so it is easy to say that Max has all the knowledge and right contacts in place.
Romy's focus is mainly on the Dutch side of Villalux, as about 80% of buyers over the last year have been from Dutch origin. Romy moved from the Netherlands to Spain 6 years ago and speaks English, Dutch, Spanish and German.
